Three Eleven
Three Eleven was a small sustainable clothing business founded by me and a childhood friend. It was founded in June 2020 with the aim of combining our passion for fashion, and social responsibility. We aimed to create trendy, affordable clothing while maintaining sustainable and ethical standards. Each collection was curated in collaboration with customers through social media polls. My role involved the management of the supply chain, production and sale of garments, and overseeing the marketing and garment design.
MATERIALS
A portion of our first collection used stock fabric that was unused. The second collection was made entirely of 100% certified organic cotton. The latest collection is made entirely from a factory's stock yarn that has been left unused by larger companies.
LOCAL SOURCES
The fabric we use is sourced locally within India. The tailoring is done by a local tailor in Bangalore, where we are based, to support the local community and maintain ethical practices in production.

LIMITED QUANTITIES
Each collection is produced in limited quantities, with around 20 to 30 pieces of each design created. This is to reduce our contribution to waste generally produced by the fashion industry through mass production.
MADE-TO-ORDER
Our garments are made after we receive the orders. This is to avoid a build up of stock and wastage. Fabric is ordered beforehand, and repurposed to create new designs if not used.
